It depends on scope, but as a rough range: a focused marketing site lands between $8,000 and $25,000. A larger site with custom integrations, multiple templates, or e-commerce functionality runs $25,000 to $80,000. Anything quoted dramatically below that range is either using a template or cutting a corner that will hurt you in twelve months. We give a fixed quote after discovery — no surprise invoices.

How long does a custom CRM take to build?

The first usable version — a working prototype your team can actually log into — is usually four to six weeks. A full production CRM with all integrations, role-based access, and reporting typically takes three to six months. We ship in two-week sprints, so you see progress every two weeks instead of waiting for a "big reveal" at the end.

Why not just use HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive?

For most companies, you should. Off-the-shelf CRMs are mature, supported, and cheap relative to building one. We recommend them often. Custom CRM is the right choice when (a) your sales process doesn't fit any off-the-shelf model without painful workarounds, (b) you've outgrown what HubSpot/Pipedrive can do, or (c) you need integrations or workflows that no vendor supports. How long does SEO take to start working?

Three to six months for early signals (rankings moving, traffic growing). Six to twelve months for meaningful business impact. Anyone promising results in 30 days is either lying or describing paid ads, not SEO. SEO is a compounding asset — it's slow at first and accelerates later. The earlier you start, the cheaper your traffic gets over time.

What's the minimum monthly ad spend you'll work with?

For paid media management, we typically start at $10,000/month in spend. Below that, the math doesn't work for either side — our fees would eat too much of the budget. If you're under that threshold, we can do a one-time setup-and-coach engagement instead: we set up the campaigns and tracking properly, and your team runs them.

Do you work on retainer or per-project?

Both. Software and website projects are usually fixed-scope, fixed-price. Marketing and SEO work is monthly retainer. We don't lock anyone into long contracts — most of our retainer clients are on rolling 30-day terms.

Question 7

Will I own the code, the website, and the data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely. Everything we build is in your repository, on your hosting, with your domain. If we ever stop working together, you keep the keys, the code, the data, and the documentation. We don't use proprietary platforms that lock you in.

Do you outsource any of the work?

Accepted Answer

No. Every project is staffed by Polirind employees. The person you meet in discovery is the person doing the work. We don't use an offshore team you don't know about.

Can you take over a project another agency started?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We do this regularly. We start with an audit — a few days of reviewing the existing code, infrastructure, or campaigns — and then give you an honest read on whether to continue, refactor, or start over. We charge a flat fee for the audit so there's no obligation to keep working with us afterwards.

We work primarily with B2B services, SaaS, fintech, professional services, and mid-market e-commerce. We've also done meaningful work in manufacturing, healthcare tech, and real estate. We avoid two categories: gambling and crypto-only projects — not because we judge them, but because we don't have the depth there to do them well.

How do you measure success?

It depends on the project. For websites: traffic, conversions, page speed, user experience metrics. For paid media: cost per qualified lead, pipeline generated, return on ad spend. For SEO: organic traffic, ranking growth, conversions from organic. For software: adoption (are people actually using it?) and the operational metrics it was built to improve. We define success in writing before the project starts — never after.

What if the project goes off track?

We tell you immediately. If we miss a deadline, we'll tell you in the weekly check-in, not in the post-mortem. If a feature is harder than estimated, we surface it the day we know. The worst thing an agency can do is hide bad news until it's too late to fix — we don't operate that way. Trust is earned in how problems are handled, not in how they're avoided.
