Polirind — Digital Marketing and Software Development Agency

Digital Solutions • Design • Marketing

We design websites, build custom CRMs, and run the paid and organic campaigns that fill them with qualified pipeline. One team. One roadmap. One number to call when something needs to ship.

Book a discovery callSee how we work

30 minutes. No pitch deck. No obligation.

Built for serious teams

Built for teams that need both engineering and marketing

Engineering-grade execution

Production code. Real architecture reviews. No drag-and-drop "solutions" that break in six months.

Measurable from day one

Every campaign and every system ships with tracking, dashboards, and a clear definition of success. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.

Senior teams, no handoffs

The person scoping your project is the person you'll work with. No bait-and-switch from senior pitch to junior delivery.

Honest timelines

We tell you what we can ship and when. If a deadline is unrealistic, we say so before you sign — not after.

What we do

Four services. One accountable team.

We don't outsource. We don't hand you off. The engineers who build your CRM sit next to the marketers running your ads — and they actually talk to each other.

Most agencies ship a pretty homepage and disappear. We build websites the way we build software — with version control, performance budgets, accessibility audits, and a clear plan for how the site will be maintained after launch.

We work in WordPress when it makes sense (content-heavy sites, marketing teams that need autonomy) and in modern stacks like Next.js or Astro when it doesn't. The choice is driven by what your team will actually use, not by what's trendy.

Best for

Companies that have outgrown a Wix or Squarespace site, B2B businesses where the website is a serious sales channel, and marketing teams that need to ship landing pages without filing a Jira ticket every time.

What you get

  • Custom design system, not a template
  • Mobile-first responsive layouts (90+ Lighthouse on mobile, every time)
  • Technical SEO baked in: clean HTML, schema markup, fast LCP
  • Page speed under 2.5 seconds on 4G
  • Editor experience your marketing team will actually use
  • 30 days of post-launch support included
  • Optional ongoing maintenance retainer
Why Polirind

Why companies pick Polirind over a bigger agency.

Big agencies have brand-name partners and junior delivery teams. Boutique agencies have senior people but only do one thing. We sit in between — senior generalists who actually ship.

01

The person scoping your project is the person building it.

You'll meet our senior team in the first call. They'll be in the kickoff. They'll be in the weekly stand-ups. There is no "delivery team" we hand you off to after the contract is signed.

02

We refuse projects we can't measure.

If we can't define what success looks like — in numbers, with a deadline — we won't take the work. This sounds obvious. It's not. Most agencies sell what they're good at selling, not what they're good at delivering.

03

Your stack is yours, not ours.

We don't lock you into proprietary platforms, hosted-only solutions, or "you need us forever" contracts. Everything we build is in your repo, on your infrastructure, with your domain. If we ever stop working together, you keep the keys.

04

We tell you when you don't need us.

We've turned down projects where the right answer was a Squarespace site and a $200/month freelancer. If your problem doesn't need a custom solution, we'll say so — and recommend something cheaper. Repeat business and referrals beat one-time contracts.

How we work

Start to ship — in five steps.

No magic. Each step has a clear deliverable, a clear owner, and a clear deadline. You always know what week we're in and what's next.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Discovery

A 30-minute call to start. If it's a fit, we follow up with a longer working session — usually two hours — with the people who'll actually use what we build. We come out of discovery with a written brief: the goal, the constraints, the success metrics, and a budget range.

    You leave with

A written discovery summary you can share internally, even if you don't hire us.

  2. 02
    Week 1–2

    Proposal & scope

Within five business days of discovery, you get a proposal. Not a 40-page PDF. A two-page document with: scope, deliverables, timeline, team, price, and the assumptions we made. If something changes after we sign, we update the doc — we don't pretend it didn't change.

    You leave with

A clear, scoped proposal. No multi-tier "good / better / best" pricing games.

  3. 03
    Weeks 2–N

    Build

We work in two-week sprints. Every sprint ends with a demo — a real, working version of what we built that week, not a status slide. You can change priorities between sprints. You can pause between sprints. You can see exactly where every hour went.

    You leave with

A working increment of the project, a written changelog, and a 30-minute demo of what's new — every two weeks.

  4. 04
    Final 2 weeks

    Launch

We don't launch on Friday afternoon. We launch when everything has been tested, monitored, and your team is trained to operate it. For software projects, we run a soft launch first. For marketing campaigns, we start small and scale. For websites, we set up monitoring before we redirect DNS — not after.

    You leave with

A live system, documentation, monitoring dashboards, and a runbook for what to do when something breaks at 2 AM.

  5. 05
    Week 1+ post-launch

    Hand-off or stay-on

You decide. Some clients want full hand-off after launch — we document everything, train their team, and step back. Others want us to stay on retainer for ongoing development, optimization, and growth. We're equally comfortable with either. We don't engineer projects to require us forever.

    You leave with

Whatever you actually need. No upsell pressure.

Capabilities

The full stack — engineering, marketing, and everything in between.

Below is what's in our toolkit. We don't use every tool on every project. We use the right ones, and we know when not to use any of them.
